Scotties by the Sea 2023
A walking trail in St Andrews raising money for the Maggie's Centre has been unveiled to support people living with cancer.
St Andrews Business Improvement District (BID), in collaboration with creative producers Wild in Art, present Scotties by the Sea – a large-scale public art trail set to come St Andrews and the Northeast Fife Coastal Community.
Decorated by local artists and communities, more than 30 giant Scottie sculptures will appear across St Andrews & The Northeast Fife Coast, forming a free 10-week art trail of discovery for locals and visitors of all ages to explore and enjoy.
Eden Mill has our very own Scottie dog, which can be found at St Mary's Quad, just three minutes' walk from our Eden Mill Market Street shop, and features artwork from Fife-based illustrator, Jill Calder.
Perched on a concrete plinth with a small description, it will be free for all the public to come and view.
At the end of the trail the Scotty Dog sculptures will be auctioned to raise much needed funds for Maggie’s.
