  • 40ml Ramsay’s Gin
  • 20ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 20ml Raspberry shrub
  • 2 Dashes Peychaud’s bitters
  • 100ml Aloe vera
  • Bamboo leaf for garnish
  • Edible flower for garnish
  • Raspberry for garnish
  • Cubed ice


  • Cocktail shaker
  • Hawthorne strainer
  • Fine strainer


  1. Add Ramsay’s Gin, lemon juice, raspberry shrub, bitters and aloe vera into a cocktail shaker with cubed ice and shake until chilled.
  2. Fill highball glass with cubed ice.
  3. Double strain liquid into highball glass over ice.
  4. Garnish with raspberry, bamboo leaf and an edible flower.
