Golf Gin – 70cl – ABV: 42.0%
Inspired by the coastal golf courses of Scotland, Golf Gin is a botanically rich spirit with a subtle saline base made from kombu seaweed sourced locally in Fife. Notes of lavender, pine, and heather evoke the freshness of the sea breeze and the rugged Scottish landscape.

Nose: Hints of juniper surrounded by lavender and spruce, with a delicate, salty tang.

Taste: Classic juniper balanced by gorse sweetness, floral lavender and heather, and a peppery finish from spruce and coriander.

Finish: Crisp, clean, and refreshing.

Love Gin – 70cl – ABV: 42.0%Our iconic pink gin began as a Valentine’s special and quickly became a year-round favorite. Crafted with care by our Head Distiller, it features raspberries and strawberries from Fife Fruits, along with goji berries, rose petals, and rhubarb root — a beautiful balance of sweetness and floral elegance.

Nose: Warm notes of spiced berries, sweet vanilla, and rose petals with a touch of citrus.

Taste: Bright rhubarb spice, sweet strawberry, and creamy vanilla, finishing with green apple and a hint of rose water.

Finish: Soft, fruity, and delicately sweet.
