Ingredients:
50ml Eden Mill Wildcard Gin
Premium Light tonic water
2-3 raspberries
1 strawberry, cut in half
Slice of lemon
Method:
Pour the gin into a highball glass then fill with ice. Add the raspberries, then pour over the tonic water. Add in the slice of lemon to garnish, and finish by wedging the half strawberry on the rim of the glass.
