Ingredients:
2.03 fl oz The Guard Bridge
0.34 fl oz fig syrup
0.85 fl oz lemon juice
2 dashes Aromatic Bitters (Ms Better’s Bitters)
Dried fig
Method:
Add all the ingredients into a jug with ice cubes and mix well. Place a large ice rock in a rocks glass and strain the cocktail over the top to fill. Place the dried fig on top of the ice rock to garnish.
