INGREDIENTS

50ml The Guard Bridge 

35ml Monin banana syrup 

2ml lemon juice 

Egg white/foamer 

Dried banana chip 

METHOD

Add all the ingredients into a shaker and dry shake. Open the shaker, fill it with ice then shake again until the outside of the shaker is cold. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass and place a dried banana chip on top for garnish.
