The perfect mix of bitter and sweet.

INGREDIENTS

YOU WILL NEED

25ml Ramsay’s Gin
25ml Sweet Vermouth
25ml Campari
Orange wedge for garnish
Cubed ice

TOOLS REQUIRED

Mixing glass
Bar spoon
Strainer

METHOD

Pour Ramsay’s Gin, Vermouth and Campari into a mixing glass and stir until the outside of the glass feels cold.
Fill rocks glass with cubed ice.
Strain liquid into rocks glass over cubed ice.
Garnish with an orange wedge.
