This sharp and citrusy cocktail is a wonderful summer’s drink and totally worth digging out your cocktail shaker, strainer and special coupe glasses. Using Eden Mill’s White Wine Cask Aged Gin, triple sec, lemon juice, egg white and sugar syrup, it’s got a zingy hit, with just the right amount of sweetness.
50ml Eden Mill’s White Wine Cask Aged Gin
25ml Triple Sec
25ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
Twist of lemon peel
Add the gin, triple sec, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker.
Shake until the outside of the shaker is cold, then strain the mixture. Discard the ice, then return to the shaker and shake again until it looks frothy. Pour into a coupe glass and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
