Try our 'Baseline' cocktail serve - a classic gin sour with a twist. Fresh mint and the slightest suggestion of coconut complement perfectly the red fruit and gentle spice of Eden Mill Wildcard Gin.

INGREDIENTS:

50ml Eden Mill Wildcard Gin
20ml Fresh lime juice
10ml Sugar syrup
5ml Coconut syrup
10ml Egg white / 2 dashes of non-dairy foam
Sprig of mint, plus leaves to garnish
4 Raspberries
Ice

METHOD:

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a mint leaf
